Contact form. When you send us a request, we collect the details you enter:

• name
• phone number
• email address
• your message
• the date and time of the request

Device information. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect data about how you use the site: pages viewed, referring website, approximate location, browser, device type, IP address and time zone.

• to reply to your request and discuss your project
• to prepare a proposal or estimate
• to understand how the site is used and to improve it (analytics, only with your consent)
• to protect the site from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

We process your contact details to respond to your request and to take steps before entering into a contract (legitimate interest and contract). We process analytics data only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share information only with services that help us run the site:

• Cloudflare – hosting, DNS and the form handler
• Telegram – we receive form requests in a private chat
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics) – analytics, loaded only after you accept cookies

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

#data retention

We keep form requests for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our records, and delete them when you ask. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for up to 14 months.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, email hey.lunostudio@gmail.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

#international transfers

Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We rely on the safeguards those providers offer for such transfers.

This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
